If you read my last post you’ll know 2016 hasn’t been the best year for me, which has meant I’m not feeling remotely into fitness or a healthy lifestyle mode. I so want to be, but I just have no drive. I did a whole post on motivation and if I’m honest I can’t even be bothered to take my own advice, stuff I know works for me. I’m my own worse enemy at the moment and the only one who can sort that is me.
I wish this post was better, more inspiring, and useful but I just want to be honest and say sometimes we just don’t feel like it and that’s OK. My enthusiasm will return, but for now, I just need to turn my attention to what’s concerning me at the mo. That’s where happiness lies. If you’re not happy with something, make some changes.
I hope your all having a great week,
Kirsty xx
