I’m reading a book called ‘The Power’ by Rhonda Byrne. One of the things it talks about extensively is about focusing on the positives rather than the negatives in life. I realised that although I always try to look for the good in situations I do find myself complaining, ranting, whingeing, and criticising.
So from tomorrow, I’m going to try to do a whole week without complaining or criticising. I’ve come to realise that being positive really is about creating the habit so wish me luck.
