This is the method where we tap into your resistance with pure love and tenderness to give you the deep soul replenishment you’ve been craving. It’s a combination of mindfulness, somatic work, integration (inner child/teen healing for example), mentorship support, and a bit of woo.

The back story/about Kirsty: I truly believe I came out of the womb struggling and since we now know what’s going on with the mother whilst carrying the child impacts the infant this seems very plausible. As a child, I seemed to feel more deeply than others. I could feel people’s emotions and it was incredibly distressing. I found things really hard. And, then I was abused. I found a lot of therapy growing up made things worse. Re-traumatising even. And, so at 17 (over two decades ago), I entered the wellness field. 17 years later I took everything that worked for me and created my own methodology. I ran it in my then-membership to trial it. Originally it was called #TheMoreMethod and then it changed its name to become #TheEmotionalTruthHealingMethod to represent the evolution the methodology has taken since it first launched in 2020.
THE METHOD IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU TO FEEL (WHAT WE FEEL WE CAN HEAL), REGULATE EMOTIONS, BREAK PATTERNS/HABITS THAT DON’T SERVE YOU, AND CREATE THE POSITIVE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU DESIRE.

It’s recommended to have 6 weekly sessions (minimum) as this is deep work and results take time. I also recommend you have at least a one-off session first (or a few) to make sure this is the right modality for you as finding the right plan for you is the most important thing. The session is done online via zoom.
