A session lasts approx 90 minutes. It’s recommended to have 12 weekly sessions (minimum) of this mentorship as this is not a quick fix, it’s deep work and results take time. I also recommend you have at least a one-off session first (or a few) to make sure this is the right mentorship for you as finding the right fit for you is the most important thing.
