HOW DOES IT WORK?

From the 18th November until the 18th December you practise self-care for the mind, body and soul, you choose to take better care of yourself and you don’t wait till the new year to feel your best, you practise self-love. From the 18th November until 18th December I’ll be sharing tips on getting aligned, motivation and getting into shape emotionally not just physically in the Choose To Rise Facebook group. They’ll be a live video every day for the first 5 days (18th-22nd November) and then every week until the 18th December. The group will be a place where you can get support, stay accountable and get motivated and inspired into action for results.

HOW DO I JOIN?

3 Simple Steps:

1) Join the Choose To Rise Group on Facebook. They’ll be 9 live training videos from me throughout the month. For the first five days, I’ll be going live every day to get you motivated into action and then I’ll be doing weekly videos to keep your momentum going. The group is your community to keep you motivated, aligned and accountable. You want support and cheerleaders it’s here.

If you can’t make a live session the replay will be up in the group for you to catch up on at your convenience. FYI the live training will be 9.30 am UK time for the first three days (18th, 19th, 20th November) and then they are 8 pm UK time (21st and 22nd November). The weekly videos will also be at 8 pm.

2) Get accountable and find your tribe. Use the hashtag #RiseWithKirsty on Instagram to share as much or as little of your #RiseWithKirsty journey as you wish too to keep yourself accountable and so others can find you (if your profile is public and you want that).  If your profile is public you can also tag @KirstyDeeShares, follow the hashtag to be part of the community and cheer each other on.

3) Download the image(s) below and upload to your social media platform of choice and invite your friends to join you. It’s easier when friends join you to exceed your own desires because accountability and support help immensely. Do tag me and use the hashtag so I can welcome and cheer you on. You can also invite your friends via the Facebook event by clicking here, making things super easy for you.
