• Cacao Disclaimer & Participant Agreement For services and events that include the consumption of ceremonial cacao, you acknowledge that cacao contains naturally occurring bioactive compounds, including theobromine and small amounts of compounds that may influence neurotransmitter activity. You understand that cacao may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals who are Taking antidepressants (including SSRIs or MAOIs) Living with serious heart conditions, Experiencing high or uncontrolled blood pressure Managing bleeding disorders, Sensitive to stimulants or caffeine, Pregnant or breastfeeding are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to consuming cacao, as interactions may affect heart rate, blood pressure, or serotonin levels. The cacao served at this event will be prepared using 100% pure cacao and water. By attending, you confirm that: You have disclosed any known allergies or medical conditions relevant to cacao consumption. You will inform the facilitator if your health circumstances change between booking and the event. You understand that participation is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for your decision to consume cacao. You agree that the facilitators and event organisers cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption. By participating in this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above terms.

• Events, 1:1 sessions, programmes, courses & audios are non-refundable. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges shall be provided except when required by law.
• You understand you are responsible for ensuring any third party services you need to access any services you purchase, including but not limited to Zoom is your responsibility to ensure it’s all functioning beforehand. We cannot be held responsible for missed services due to third party services required not working. No refunds will be given in the event you cannot access the services. However if you let us know in advance of any issues we will try to reschedule where possible. This is not guaranteed and done at our discretion. If however the issue in on our end, you will be notified as soon as possible & a reschedule date will be given to you at a time convenient to you where possible or a refund will be offered.
• Rude, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave (if you refuse to leave we will take measures to safely remove you) and no refund will be given. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any discriminatory or insulting behaviour, physically, verbally or otherwise.
